Hello Crystal I have a question I have a 7th grader and they want him to have immunization shots to go back to school on line I am in Mississippi I went online and found medical exemption request to take to his doctor I take it to the doctor and they say no they do not signed exemptions request they want their patients to get shots and I am just wondering where do I go from here do you have any advice
